HOW DO I KNOW MY SEPTIC TANK IS BAD?
Older steel septic tanks are often made of steel. If the level is low, or the septic pumper reports that he's sucking up gravel or there are solids in the second chamber, then you probably need a new tank. Other indicators are depressions over the top of the tank and the septic "backing up". Older steel septic tanks are usually leaking and should be replaced.

DO I NEED TO HIRE AN ENGINEER?
All major residential septic work within the Municipality of Anchorage requires an Engineer and a Permit. Some work in the Mat-Su does not require an engineer, but an engineer is required in many cases. We are Engineers and can provide Engineering services related to your project Or, we will work with the engineer of your choice.
HOW MUCH WILL A NEW SEPTIC COST?
New and replacement septic systems are costly. Costs will range depending on the location, size, and complexity of the project. We'll give you an estimate for free.
DO YOU INSTALL ADVANCED TREATMENT SYSTEMS?
We install conventional onsite septic systems. We do not currently install advanced treatment systems.
I'M SELLING MY HOUSE, DO I NEED TO REPLACE MY SEPTIC?
Most real estate transactions require that the septic system be inspected and tested. We can inspect and test your septic. In the event that it fails, we can work with you to get it replaced.
WILL YOU TAKE PAYMENT AT CLOSING (REAL ESTATE)?
Yes, in many cases we can accept full or partial payment at closing. This can depend on the timeframe for closing.
